John Groves & Peter Fowler gave a joint presentation of the agreed way forward at the meeting of 7 March 2024.
Much remains to be done in terms of the detailed organisation but we now have a clear strategy with the aim of seeing the club survive and flourish in the coming years.
This includes a much more flexible approach towards the engagement of working age members and a push on corporate membership as well as a host of more detailed changes.
