The interim results of the survey have been available on the member section of the website for about a month.
At the meeting members received a presentation of the questionnaire results.
A lively discussion ensued from which emerged some goals:
- To put in place a strategy to attract new and hopefully younger (active) members,
- To ensure we continue to have a vibrant and active club,
- To ensure our existing members, of all ages, continue to enjoy their Rotary.
In order to meet these goals it was recognised that we needed to change various aspects of the club and a series of recommendations were put forward for council to consider at their next meeting.
