On Sunday 7th May , as part of the Coronation Weekend Banbury Rotary will be taking part in the Big Event on Spiceball Park
The event will feature entertainment throughout the day and stands advertising volunteer organisations plus fireworks in the evening.
We are putting on a recruitment stand with the gazebo and leaflets to offer prospective members.
Expected footfall – based on last year’s Platinum Jubilee event – is 12,000 to 15,000. We will be working in conjunction with Cherwell Rotary and need to have a presence on the field in 2 hour shifts between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm when it finishes.I.e.
- 11:00 -1:00 to include set-up
- 1:00 – 3:00
- 3:00 5:00
- 5:00 – 7:00
- 7:00 – 10:00 to include clear-up
