Children’s author Adam Groves was brought up in Bloxham. His father is currently president of The Rotary Club of Banbury, which is how it transpires that the club has been able to provide a little extra seasonal support for Katharine House Hospice by donating to KHH one hundred copies of Adam’s Christmas book for young children : “Father Christmas and his Animal Crew.”
It is hoped the book will raise money for the Hospice at it’s shops as well as at some of its Christmas events such as the Santa Fun Run which takes place on Sunday 3rd December, 2023 at 10:00am. (You can find full details of the Santa Run here.)
