Banbury Town Council’s Urban Orchard Project seeks to brighten up the area and help the environment by taking carbon out of the air as well as providing some useful food!
Several voluntary groups have helped with the planting of trees and have committed to act as tree wardens to nuture the trees as they develop.
Today it was the turn of an intrepid group of “would-be Monty Don and Chartlie Dimmocks” from Banbury Rotary Club to wield their spades.
