Volunteers who are willing to play the organ please come along between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30 and 2.30 p.m. and 4.30 p.m.
Charles and Andrew will be at the allotted venue from 8 a.m. to set up. Those members willing to do the 8.30 a.m. slots – it would doubtless be appreciated if you are able to arrive a bit earlier to help with the setting up.
Only 2 volunteers are required per 2 hour shift.
