This potential format for future meal events will allow you to register your attendance and select a menu option in the form of a ticket for:
- Menu A - Reindeer Hash + Dumplings, followed by Christmas Pud and Custard;
- Menu B - GF Veggie Dish followed by Fruit Cocktail;
- Attending but no meal.
We should be able to publish our regular club meetings at least 2 months in advance with details of venue, timings and allocating members to cash desk, servers and fellowship duties.
Ticket (i.e.meal) selections would be available from the Monday with closing deadline of Wednesday evening for that Fridays meeting. Adjustments to this timeframe would be necessary for mid-week meetings.
