This is a fundraising social event to celebrate the 85th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain (your president is an ex-Fighter Navigator).
A full pig roast with salad and dessert (sausages for kids, and a gluten free alternative) will be served at 2.30pm. Hopefully the weather will be kind and we can eat outdoors, so bring your portable picnic seating along to extend the availability of outdoor seating. The poor weather alternative will see us spread out on both floors of the Cricket Club.
The Melody Room Jazz Trio of banjo and 2 brass players will play two 1hr slots of background trad jazz between 2 and 4.30pm. You may remember they played to us at the Holt Hotel during the Contact Visit event there last year.

Any surplus will go towards covering the cost of club budget items not yet fully funded by your membershio subs such as hire of the cricketr club for admin meetings and IT fees.
