There will be trophies awarded to the winners of each class throughout the competition. So please do take part as a soloist, or perhaps you could form a duet with someone especially for this competition. If you are in a vocal or instrumental group you could take part in one of the Ensemble Classes. There are good prizes: £100 will be awarded to the Young Musician of the Year and £25 to the Junior Young Musician of the Year.
Competitors may want to take part as a soloist or could form a duet. Vocal or instrumental groups can part in one of the Ensemble Classes, as can vocal ensembles (with 3 or more performers) and instrumental or mixed ensemble (3-9 players).
