In a cardiac emergency, time is life. Immediate CPR and defibrillator use can double—or even triple—a person’s chance of survival. Yet too few of us are trained.
Whether you're at home, work, or in the community, knowing how to respond could mean the difference between life and death. Training is quick, accessible, and empowers you to act confidently when it matters most.
💡 Be the difference. Get trained. Save lives.

We have selected Wednesday 19th November at Banbury Cricket Club, starting at 6.30 p.m.

The cost will be £12 per person, £10 going to the First Responders Charity and the balance to reimburse the cricket club for hosting us.

We are looking for 20 attendees. If we don’t get full complement from club, we’ll open it up to friends, colleagues and other clubs, so please look at your diary and reserve a place.

It’s something we should all know how to administer and could save the life of a friend or even a family member.
