The meal booking procedure has now closed and the orders sent to the Whateley. Please contact Nig Randall or Paul Gardiner for any late changes, for which the Sgt at Arms is very likely to issue a fine.
There will be a slightly different booking and payment system as the Whately require payment up front, so attendees need to pay by bank transfer by Weds 23 July: for specific payment details see the ClubRunner Invoice emailed automatically to you following your Registration and Meal Option selection. Please be advised that the meal cost for this event is £23 per person which needs to be paid directly into the Club Account before Weds 23 Jul.
The comprehensive menu is attached at the bottom of this page for your review. Please indicate during the Register procedure (blue button above) your selection for each of the two courses. The meal options are:
1. Main Courses:
- Chicken breast topped with creamy Tuscan style sauce and served with Hasselback potatoes & tender stem broccoli (contains dairy)
- Hake served with puy lentils, tender stem broccoli & miso butter (contains fish)
- Vegetable wellington accompanied by pommes puree, tomato coulis and tender stem broccoli (contains dairy, VE on request)
2. Desserts:
- Seasonal brulee served with and shortbread biscuits (gluten, dairy, egg);
- Chocolate brownie served with vanilla ice cream (gluten, dairy, egg);
- Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream (gluten, dairy, egg)
3. Attend, but with no food.
