On the 5th June the UN celebrates World Environment Day.
Rotary was involved in the setting-ip od the United Nations and has always been active in protecting the environment but Rotary International elevated it to one of its 7 key areas of focus some six years ago.
The Rotary Club of Banbury was and is active with regards our local environment.
We have actively engaged with tree planting, canal clear-ups, crocus planting and have heard invited environmental speakers.
Let's all help to protect the planet upon which we live - and make our communities a nicer place in which to live.
