“I am delighted to welcome Michael and Sarah as new members into Rotary, and they join a growing group of corporate members making a real difference to the club.

“We are very excited about growing our Corporate Membership programme. It is good for the organisation in developing networking opportunities and supporting the community, it is good for Rotary by expanding our support network and ability to get things done, and it is good for the local community. It is good for everyone!”

What is Rotary Corporate Membership?
With around 1.4 million members, in 46,000 clubs across 166 countries, Rotary is the oldest and one of the largest service organisations for business and professional people in the world.

The Corporate Membership programme is being rolled out by Rotary clubs around the world and allows business and organisations of any size, including, schools, charities and government entities, to work closer together supporting  ommunities whilst enabling their employees to develop personal and professional skills through Rotary.

There are many advantages for businesses and organisations who become Corporate Members of Rotary, including networking, marketing and entertaining opportunities. In addition, many businesses today are looking at ways to develop their Corporate and Social Responsibility (“CSR”) activities.

CSR is a hot topic currently, applying to organisations of all sizes. It can enhance an organisation’s reputation with its customer base by publicising the good works being done
for the local community. It can make all the difference in business relationships.

Whether you are a single trader or a larger business, whether you are looking to build your network or CSR credentials or simply would like to give something back and support the local community, we would love to hear from you. Rotary is well positioned to complement your business and help you support our community.
