Finalists\, alo ng with their families and judges\, should arrive by 5:30 p.m. for a 6:00 p.m. start. Only finalists and three judges will be allowed in the cooking area during the two-hour competition. Participants must prepare a main course and dessert for display\, providing their own menu\, cutlery\, and glasses. Judging will focus on presentation\, with trophies for the winne r and runner-up\, and certificates for all finalists. Clean-up is the resp onsibility of the finalists\, as the academy will be operational the next day\, and the building must be locked by 9:00 p.m. Applications are due by December 6\, 2024\, and should include ingredient lists\, costs (maxim um £18 per meal)\, processes\, and schedules.
