Could you please remind our Rotary Club members that, on Friday 20 December, we shall hold our Christmas Lunch at the Freemason’s Hall at 12.30 for 1.00 pm. It will be the usual Christmas fare (two courses plus coffee & mince pies) and the cost will be £17 pp.
We take this opportunity to invite our spouses and/or other guests and so for this meeting we need to book in please so that we have an accurate guest list and numbers.
Attached is a copy of the “Board” which will go round at Club on 6 and 13 December. I shall need to know who is coming by Wednesday afternoon (5.00 pm) 18 December latest but would appreciate knowing earlier. Also, if members are bringing a guest, please let me know of any dietary requirements.
